How do I register a new domain?

Search for your desired domain name, add it to cart, and complete checkout. Your domain will be registered instantly upon successful payment.

What TLDs do you support?

How long does domain registration take?

Most domains are registered instantly. Some TLDs may require additional verification which can take 24-48 hours.

Can I register a domain for multiple years?

Yes, you can register domains for 1-10 years depending on the TLD. Longer registrations often receive discounts.

How do I update my nameservers?

Go to Dashboard → Domains → Select domain → Nameservers tab. Enter up to 4 nameservers and save. Changes propagate within 24-48 hours.

What DNS record types are supported?

We support A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, SRV, CAA, and PTR records. Access DNS management from your domain details page.

How do I set up email (MX records)?

Add MX records with your email provider's mail servers. Set priority (lower = higher priority). Example: priority 10, value: mail.example.com

What is TTL and what value should I use?

TTL (Time To Live) determines how long DNS records are cached. Use 3600 (1 hour) for most records, lower values for records you change frequently.

How do I enable DNSSEC?

Go to DNS Management → DNSSEC tab. Enter your DS record details (Key Tag, Algorithm, Digest Type, Digest). We support algorithms 5, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15.

What is domain lock (transfer lock)?

Domain lock prevents unauthorized transfers. Keep it enabled unless you're transferring the domain. Toggle from Dashboard → Domain → Settings.

What is WHOIS privacy protection?

WHOIS privacy replaces your personal information in public WHOIS records with proxy information, protecting you from spam and identity theft.

How do I get my domain auth/EPP code?

Go to Dashboard → Domain → Security tab → View Auth Code. You'll need this to transfer your domain to another registrar.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is coming soon. For now, use a strong unique password and keep domain transfer lock enabled on your domains.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, plus wallet balance for faster checkouts.

How does the wallet system work?

Add funds to your wallet, then use the balance for purchases. Wallet payments are instant and you can enable auto-renewal using wallet balance.

How do I enable auto-renewal?

Go to Dashboard → Domain → Settings → Enable Auto-Renew. Ensure sufficient wallet balance or a saved payment method for automatic renewals.

Can I get a refund?

Domain registrations are generally non-refundable due to registry policies. Contact support within 5 days for exceptions. Wallet credits are refundable.

How do I transfer a domain to you?

Unlock the domain at your current registrar, obtain the auth code, start a transfer on RollDomains, and complete checkout. Transfers typically finish in 5–7 days.

How do I transfer a domain away?

Unlock the domain, get the auth code from Security tab, provide it to your new registrar. Approve the transfer email when received.

Why was my transfer rejected?

Common reasons: domain locked, incorrect auth code, domain registered/transferred <60 days ago, expired domain, or WHOIS email not verified.

Do transfers extend my registration?

Yes! Transfers include a 1-year extension added to your existing expiration date.
